N16 0JT 76416 I have a back ground working with (CBOs ) Community Based Organisations. In my line of work I have always met people with different needs in terms of their well being. Listening to those people made me wanting to help them more and most especially reassuring and creating confidence in them. I have worked on a project called EPP, expert patient programme and this, introduced me to people who had a variety of health issues/ long term conditions. The programme was to help them manage their conditions .This makes me a superb carer for many patients have passed through my hands. The most fascinating client I have worked with for 5 years who just passed on last month, had a very rare condition called FOP-A rare genetic connective tissue disorder. This client encouraged me to self teach myself about that condition which made me an outstanding carer and I was able to bring more life to him. I have done courses on Mental health and I am in position to care for someone suffering from anxiety, depression etc... I have worked with patients who had stroke and early dementia and I managed them very well. I am passionate about my work caring, kind and always bring joy and happiness when I am on duty. I am experienced and confident, I am trustworthy and I have good communication skills. I always have a listening ear to my clients/patients. I provide emotional support to my clients/patients and I am a self motivated worker as well as dedicated to my job. I also have hands on experience from in-house training on how to use NIV: Non Intensive Ventilation but no certificate. For Live out, I would prefer to work Monday to Friday. For live in position, I am only available for Friday to Monday 2 weekends in a month as I am currently working with a client the other 2 weekends. Also, I am happy to cover areas in about 30 to 40miles . For the position of live in, I would have 2 hours break so Family or Client have to arrange cover for that break time. Bank holidays are charged at double time. Finally, I am a very good team player ,a problem solver and always eager to learn new skills . 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 5"}

N1 0AB 107978 I have recently submitted my dissertation on childhood obesity in the U.K. as part of my work towards a Masters degrees in Public Health. Throughout this course I’ve learnt a lot about health promotion, prevention and intervention. However one of my favourite areas or modules was the ethical issues in healthcare because of my previous experience in relation to the capacity of a patient and tailoring the service to fit his needs in order to make it a holistic service as opposed to a service that only covers some of his needs. At the moment I have my a lot of availability in the day and I want to continue to use it to provide support services for those who need it the most. I am very hands on, a team player, a good communicator and listener, a good manager of time and resources amongst other things. I also am very patient in my approach to working with service users and friendly. 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 5","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 5","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 5","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 5","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 5","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 5","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 5"}

E10 7NX 209665 I am compassionate and patient individual, I have dedicated the past 8 years of my life to the care industry, helping clients with various conditions such as dementia, chronic illness, companion care and end of life care. My approach to care is rooted in getting to know my clients and their unique interests, hobbies and preferences, so I can help them live a fulfilling life. I served my most recent client as a live in carer. He is a 91 year old British male whom I went on to build a family-like relationship. Our routine was quite a simple but detailed one. - We typically wake up at about 7:30am - I get him out of bed - Assist him in brushing his teeth, - Assist him with shaving and trimming - Prepare a warm shower and assist him to get a shower - Dry him up and apply various creams to the right parts as he sometimes have some body itching. - I then dress him up and give his morning medication and eye drops - After this I lead him downstairs where he have his prayers while I prepare his breakfast based on his diet and health preferences - After breakfast I get him some coffee while I typically go to the store to fetch some stuff or do some letter posting or other task before his lunch time. - We typically watch TV while I assist him with any tasks or activities like going to toilet etc - I installed an indoor bell and place a tagged around his neck so he can ring at anytime for me to attend to his needs. - I take him for his appointments and more out door activity that he desires This is just a brief of my last role but everyday with my client was different and and I enjoyed every single day. In general, I take pride in my extensive training and qualifications. My skills and expertise include personal grooming, hygiene, toileting, cooking, and cleaning, as well as providing companionship, emotional support, and respite care. My decision to become a carer stems from a deep desire to help others, and my background in healthcare as a nursing assistant. I am experienced in anxiety and depression care and have developed excellent communication skills that allow me to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exploring nature, and listening to music. I am also a member of my local church and volunteer to help run children's activities. Being a carer has given me the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives, and I am passionate about providing the highest standard of care to those who need it the most. I hope that this personal statement gives you a sense of my experience and passion for the care industry. I am committed to providing compassionate, reliable and high-quality care to my clients, and I look forward to the opportunity to contribute my skills and experience to your care needs. 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1, 4, 5, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1, 4, 5, 3"}
