"I am a compassionate, experienced and professional Carer with over 5 years of experience working as a Health Care Assistant, both in hospitals and in clients’ homes. I hold Health and Social Care Level 3 and 5 qualifications, and I'm also trained in phlebotomy. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills and calm, optimistic approach to care. Over the years, I have supported adults and children with a wide range of needs, including mobility support, personal care, dementia support, stroke rehabilitation, and emotional wellbeing. I have worked in both live-out and respite care roles, always aiming to deliver safe, respectful and high-quality care that helps clients feel comfortable, secure and independent in their own environment. I am confident with medical documentation and enjoy delivering consistent, person-centred care. I have a full UK driver’s license and my own car, so I’m happy to travel for work and to support clients with their needs. I became a carer because I enjoy making a difference in people's lives. "I am kind, hardworking, and a good communicator with 14 years of experience working in the care sector. I am a dedicated carer with knowledge of diverse care needs. I offer companionship and engaging activities for clients and also assist them to live independently as possible. I am experienced in personal grooming, and I enjoy helping clients look their best . Also, I can assist with hygiene, toileting, eating, cooking, cleaning and any administrative tasks that need support. I work well with other palliative care time members such as doctors, OTs and also support family members with respite care. I wouldn't class myself as a dog lover, however I appreciate that some of my future clients will have dogs in their homes. I will evaluate each clients pet situation on an individual basis and advise accordingly whether I can take on the job in question.
