If a client finds it hard to sleep which can be common problem with dementia then a relaxing massage before bed can be extremely beneficial for the client to have good nights sleep. I am known for my excellent culinary skills and love to prepare food from fresh local ingredients. I enjoy dance, painting, meditation and reading.
