I also worked with adults with Learning disabilities and autism supporting them to live as independent as possible, by supporting them with personal care, washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, cooking, cleaning, shopping, medical appointments and supporting them to access the community. I offer cooking and meal preparation plans to promote healthy eating and a good balanced diet. I am good at working with multidisciplinary team or different organisations to support the individuals wellbeing. I am a fast learner and always willing to learn skills. I enjoy outdoor activities eg going on walks in the community. "
