"I am a compassionate and highly experienced Carer with over 20 years of hands-on experience supporting my son, who has epilepsy, autism, global developmental delay and complex medical needs. I have provided full-time care including seizure management, tracheostomy care (3 years), PEG feeding (3 years), medication administration and daily personal care. I am confident in supporting individuals with complex needs, including non-verbal communication, behavioural support, mobility assistance and working closely with healthcare professionals. I understand the importance of dignity, patience, routine and creating a calm, safe environment.
