"I started my career in 2008 as a student as well as placement in a residential home after qualifying for NVQ L2 in Health and Social. I was offered a job in the same home where I worked for 2 years and then worked as a live-in carer for 2 years after which I worked in the community looking after clients with autism and spinal injury for 4 years. I joined NHSP in 2017 after qualifying L3 in Health and Social where I work in different wards, for example, Dementia, stroke, and spinal. In all these wards I support patients with their daily needs promoting independence respecting their values and promoting dignity and diversity, managing commodes, bedpans, catheters, stoma bags, pressure sores areas, blood pressure observations, blood sugars, peg feed, I also worked in the NHS Trust for 11 months where I resigned to remain in the NHSP Banking up to date. I like communicating with patients, create activities, and supporting them to achieve their goals."

"Dear Patient/Family member, Thank you for looking at my profile and please do watch my short video. I'd be happy to answer any questions you may have, please get in touch via the platform. Also, I'm happy to negotiate my rates to meet your budget needs so feel free to discuss with me as I am flexible and easy going. I've spent 5 years in Liverpool Medical School, and 10 years working as a HCA. I have theoretical and practical experience of caring for many people with differing conditions ranging from Parkinsonism to Autism to name a few. While at Med School I did many hospital rotations such as: Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Paediatrics, Cardiovascular, Respiratory, Gastrointestinal, Dermatology etc. I love to help and cheer people up and appreciate having the best job in the world! I especially enjoy supporting the elderly and love to listen to great stories of the past. I know and currently care for many people with dementia, at different stages and with different behaviour patterns. Mental wellbeing is particularly important to me so I always try to present with a smile, compassion and empathy. I will really take the time to understand your needs and do things your way that suit you best! I take a holistic approach as a Healthcare, Support & Wellbeing Specialist. I currently have a few hobbies that are walking my dog in nice places, reading and socialising with friends when I can find the time. I'm a quick learner so will know your routine the way you like it best to suit you, I will always try to make you happy and go out of my way to ensure this. Please do feel free to contact me for a chat and further information/advice as I'm happy to share my knowledge and experience. Good luck and thanks for considering me, I know it can be stressful but your effort is appreciated. "
