I have done live in care for about 5 years on and off and 5 years domiciliary and dealing with vulnerable adults with challenging behaviour. I have done few trainings over the years but all certificates are kept by the company since they paid for it. I come from a background of looking after family members with old age needs. I have looked after vulnerable adults in their own homes where some have PEG feed and others whose needs require help with all day to day needs. I am good and responsible to work alone and deliver person centred care at high standard. However where working in a team is required, I understand what team work is and can work with others without issue.
