"Through my five years experience in care I have gained the ability to care with dignity to the less vulnerable. I have build up a reputation for working with individuals to enhance their day to day life. I have training in Moving and handling, personal care, infection control and medication. "My personal statement I Janet Became a care assistant officially in 2005 when I started working in Kings Lynn before then I was working as a house assistant in hospital in right after dropped out of school. Fell in-love being a care assistant in 2005 because I could relate to how I grew up because I was born as an unhealthy baby and most of my young life in hospital being care for by the nurses and doctors so I feel like it’s my application to give it to somebody else that needs it like I needed it. I’ve always respected my client wishes and always put them first and every situation. When it comes to Work with other employees, I’m a good communicator. I love communicating. I love good communication because I believe good communication is a key to every successful outcome and I believe in good teamwork because one it makes the business grow and also it makes the bond between employees even better and healthier and that’s the reason why I have joined curam is because a few other care professionals I know are working and i have known them for a while because we have been working together in different homes and companies and they are with no stress and are straightforward and good communications.
