I am committed to fostering a supportive and welcoming environment in which clients feel valued and at ease, ultimately enhancing their physical and emotional well-being. With over thirty years of experience in social care, I bring a wealth of expertise to my work. My career began as a carer, after which I established and managed my own company for twenty-four years. Caring for others has been the cornerstone of my professional life, and following my retirement from administrative responsibilities, I have relished the opportunity to return to direct client engagement. I have extensive experience supporting individuals living with dementia, complex care needs, and those requiring end-of-life care. In addition, I am proficient in personal grooming and take pride in assisting clients to look and feel their best. My skills include supporting clients with personal care, nutrition, meal preparation, household maintenance, and administrative tasks. I hold a full, clean driving licence and enjoy facilitating shopping trips, recreational outings, and opportunities for social engagement.
