I started out as a carer and worked my way all the way to becoming registered manager of a home in Horsham. I have KFS so have dealt with issues all my life, have worked with people of all needs, children and adults with mental health needs. I have been a registered care manager, my home went from 27% success up to 86%, care staff were recruited and retained. I have also worked within Domiciliary care as field care supervisor managing teams of care workers. I have worked in residential homes .Having worked as a private PA managing a team of 6 staff, looking after a client with complex needs arising from severe MS. Administered medications, making care plans and doing risk assessments. I love cooking, ironing and cleaning. Flu jabs and Covid all updated as I believe keeping my clients safe and reducing the risk from the viruses is vital to the care industry. I have experience in most care from PEG feeds to Acquired brain trauma, Dementia/ Alzheimer’s to Learning difficulties and mental health issues.
