I have been a carer for the last 15 years working in nursing and residential homes, dementia units and mental health units and live-in care as well. I describe myself as caring, reliable, respectiful, understanding, non judgemental, professional and a good listener. It is very inportant to understand individual needs which helps to build a good rappor with the client.
