I am hugely passionate about treating people the way I (or any person/member of my family) deserves to be cared for. I am kind, caring, compassionate, intelligent and I have a great sense of humour. I became a care professional after immigrating to the UK 18 months ago as I had taken care of my mother-in-law who had dementia and I wanted to make a difference in peopleâs lives! Having spent most of my career in the corporate world dealing with people, I believe this has helped me "read" peoples different personalities, learning their likes & dislikes quicky and efficiently. I enjoy getting to know people so that I can help them in a caring, dignified way. I am a people's person and easy to get along with. I am also a very patient person as well as I am exceptionally organised. I know everyone likes things done a certain way and I am happy to follow my clients lead. I love the theatre, watching programmes like Strictly Come Dancing, reading, watching tennis and I love dogs. I have 2 Yorkshire terriers, my oldest yorkie Penny is nearly 16 years old. Scoobie is a rescue and he loves playing with his ball. I enjoy going to new places, trying different flavours of food & of course enjoying cakes and desserts. I believe I make a positive impact on peoples' lives with my positive attitude, warm nature an excellent communication skills. Please get in touch, I would love to hear from you and help where I can. Thanks for taking the time to read my bio.

Leander has been a great help with mum at very short notice. Mum had not used a carer before so was a bit apprehensive, but Leander made it easy, arranging to meet beforehand to make sure mum was comfortable. Leander has been invaluable helping my mum through the last couple of weeks. She is extremely flexible, identified areas where mum needed help and provided great feedback after each session. I would really recommend Leander as a quality carer.
