G81 5AJ 295285 I am a registered nurse with a vast experience in acute and community care setting which includes nursing home care . My long years of service have prepared me to work with different groups of patients and people with different health needs such the disabled, the elderly, dementia, autistic, challenging behaviour and those with some type of limitations in carrying out activities of daily living that need support but would like to continue living in their own homes. As a nurse I have appreciated the need for individualised care and working on one to one will give that opportunity to promote that aspect of nursing and giving the individual the respect to make choices and promote independence.

G15 6DG 213463 I want to work with this sector because the healthcare system prides themselves on giving there employees the opportunity to advance their skills and develop their careers. Patient care is something I’m extremely passionate about. I see this as a step to bigger and better thing's. I always work to the best of my ability and all about improving peoples lives. As I have the care experience working within the NHS I think would help further my knowledge and gain more experience within this sector. Working within the NHS has the stimulation of no two days are the same and this gives great variety and experience. I think highly of there values of care and compassion, dignity and respect, honesty and responsibility quality and team work is something I am very passionate about.

PA2 0EQ 278496 Hi, my name is Matebe, but I prefer to be called Matty for short. Personality I am a compassionate and empathetic individual who values making meaningful connections with people. I believe in the importance of kindness, patience, and understanding in every interaction. I approach my work with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. My calm and reassuring demeanour helps to create a comfortable and supportive environment for those I care for. Beliefs I strongly believe in the dignity and worth of every person. I am committed to providing respectful and personalized care that honours each individual's unique needs and preferences. I believe in fostering independence and empowering those I support to live their best lives. My approach to care is holistic, focusing not only on physical needs but also on emotional and social well-being. Hobbies and Interests In my free time, I enjoy a variety of activities that help me stay balanced and energized. I love baking and cooking in my free time as this helps me relax. I also enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, and swimming as this allows me to appreciate nature and stay active. Education and Skills I have a solid educational background in Nursing and i have vast knowledge in elderly care, dementia care, those that have had a stroke, those that suffer from Parkinson and many other chronic conditions. I am proficient in medication administration, mobility assistance, personal care, etc and on the other hand I am always eager to learn new techniques and best practices in healthcare. What I Am Best At I excel in building strong, trusting relationships with my clients and their families. My strengths lie in my ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and provide tailored care that meets individual needs. I am particularly skilled in creating structured routines that promote stability and comfort for those I support. My attention to detail ensures that all aspects of care are meticulously managed. Dreams and Aspirations My ultimate dream is to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of those I care for. I aspire to continually improve my healthcare skills and stay abreast of the latest advancements in the field. My goal is to one day lead a team of dedicated healthcare workers. I look forward to the opportunity to support and care for you or your loved ones, bringing my passion and dedication to every interaction. As I’ve added cooking as one of my hobbies, I would be able to prepare home cooked meals which would be nutritious and well balanced. I do kind a make home cooked scones (smile) as well. As a qualified nurse there will be roles I would be willing to undertake when a post comes along that will require nursing care such as PEG/NG feeding, stoma care, Parkinson care, post operative care whereby client will be needing basic physio/exercise at home , post stroke care, catheter care. This would be agreed with the client and family. If a live in opportunity came along that just needed a carer I would also love to be of services as before I became a nurse I was a live in carer and I enjoyed it this the reason for me wanting to get back to one to one care. I would be happy to look after female clients on their own as we as male client on their own. If it is couples that both need caring it would be agreed before hand. I am available to do long placements of up to 6 weeks. If clients want to trial me out first for a minimum of 2 weeks I would also be available. I am quite flexible and would work with the clients needs. I would also be happy to have my 2 hour breaks, however this can also be discussed withe client/family. Every individual would be different. I would be happy for my transport to be covered both ways. I am have been Covid vaccinated and I also get my yearly flu vaccine.

PA15 1YD 228495 I have worked as a healthcare assistant and carer over the years. I started from care home , then moved to nhs. I was in the peak of Covid working as HCA in emergency department king’s college hospital in London. I decided to progress by enrolling to do nursing. At the moment, I am a second year student in adult nursing and I still work as carer at my leisure. It is my responsibility and duty of care to protect people I am caring for. I know that for anyone to depend on care services, the person must be vulnerable in one way or the other. However, everyone is different and persons centre care must be considered. Looking after people helps them to enjoy at least a bit of quality of life. Assisting either patients, client, resident most time prolong their lifespan. It is my duty of care to make sure people depending on my services have up to date assessments. They must have choices and liberty towards their desires. I have passion for my career. I am so in love with putting smile on people face base and getting positive feedback from them. I have done a lot of indoor trainings with king’s college hospital which they do not allow us to go with the certificate. They have issued me with my care certificate which covers the indoors trainings. I will be greatly grateful to work for you ( service users) and your families. However, I will make sure I make myself flexible to suit my service user. Your care is a priority. I believe that this is the right time to join as healthcare assistant or support worker, then come back in near future to practice as a registered nurse when I get my pin. Thanks
