For over ten years, I worked as a support worker for my local social services . This job required a number of key skills, e.g., keeping financial records, up-to-date diary records, ensuring health and safety in the workplace, dispensing of medicines, and supporting individuals with various disabilities in their home. This was a full-time post. I gained many new skills, including moving and handling.
