I have always taken great satisfaction from helping others, and I believe that providing care in a person's own environment is one of the most meaningful ways to make a positive difference to their quality of life. I understand that being a home carer involves much more than practical tasks; it requires patience, empathy, respect and the ability to build trusting relationships with those I support, as well as their families. I am committed to treating every person as an individual, respecting their dignity, choices and privacy at all times.
