In this role , manage the rotas to ensure that there are always the correct levels of staff on each shift, manage annual leave allocation, supervision of team leaders, maintenance, senior housekeeper and practice educator. l carryout a range of audits from monthly medication and medication counts, care planning, weekends nights nutrition. l am responsible for monitoring and managing ABC reports, medication management, senior training on medication, leasing with pharmacies and ward rounds. l support the team with meeting the MH team social workers and conduct reviews and assist in BIA assessments. l complete assessment of residents needs and admissions of residents . l support the implementation of homes policy and procedures. l carryout recruitment of staff with home manager and support with investigation of complaints and concerns and assisting the manager in disciplinary and grievance. l am highly organised individual and manage my time well and develop my team in their roles. l have ability to build relationships with people at different levels. l am highly driven, pro active, emphatic, creative, conscientious, team player, and professional.
