As I have had a lot of experience, in healthcare and social care. This has provided me with a solid foundation, in delivering person-centered care. I am well-versed, in assisting with daily living tasks, supporting emotional, physical well-being, and fostering a safe and inclusive environment, for individuals with diverse needs. I take pride, in my ability to build trusting relationships , with clients, ensuring they feel valued and respected at all times. I have worked with elderly in their own homes and residential settings, people with mental health problems and people with learning difficulties in various settings. My experience includes supporting service users with daily living needs. I have knowledge on how to support the maintenance of health dietary needs for service users. In addition to my hands-on experience, I possess excellent communication skills on how to engage with individuals, through 1:1, conversations, through active listening skills, which allow me to effectively engage with both clients and their families. I am a very good team player, good with report writing. In my current job, I understand the importance of empathy and patience, and I am dedicated to tailoring my approach, to meet each individual’s unique needs and preferences. I believe that every person deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling life, and I am committed to providing the support necessary to make that a reality. My positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively, with a multidisciplinary team, make me confident that, I can contribute meaningfully care to individuals.
