I can efficiently run an entire household while balancing medical needs too if so required. I am happy to provide advanced family liaison and support 24/7. I have worked for many years in special needs and education, primarily with students with Autism. I worked in complex care as a specialist enabler for a local council 2021-2024. I contracted my services also with a renowned solicitors company in Plymouth. I have worked for three professional families in Cornwall and have impeccable references. I can cook for all food/dietary preferences and believe that when ill good food and fluids are very beneficial. I am excellent in attending to and stabilising needs across multiple levels rapidly. I have excellent feedback from all my clients. I was a community health nurse in Alaska and Florida for many years. My clinical rotations included post op care, oncology, palliative, orthopaedic, dementia, obstetrics and mental health. I also provided respite care to families with special needs children/young persons. I can use PECS, some Makaton and some sign language. I am also trained in Applied Behaviourial Analysis. I am very hard working, compassionate and want to make a difference to others in need. I have a very positive personality and truly love working with special needs individuals. I drive and have a reliable car. Willing to travel out of my area, Norwich, but I do require mileage/time allowance agreement. Mileage costs are pre-agreed by both parties and listed in the service agreement. Initial meeting is to see if its a good fit for both client and carer is typically 1 hour. This initial 1 hour meeting is billed on the initial invoice attached to the service agreement. I can then stay longer if required on this initial meeting and bill for additional hours on the following invoice. Weekend cover is set at a slightly higher rate than standard quoted day rates. I love to wild swim and hike and use my art degree to create unique art pieces. I wish to establish limited regular clients for enabling/support.
