Since 2006, I have been working in London as a carer, and between 2013 and 2015, I attended a course to further improve my qualifications, earning an NVQ5 in Professional Care. Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience working in various settings, including nursing homes, residential care homes, hospitals, and domiciliary care. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals who need assistance and building meaningful relationships along the way. I started as a Health Care Assistant and worked my way up through different roles, including Team Leader, Care Coordinator, Qualified Senior Carer, and finally, Deputy Manager in a Residential Care Home. I am also a driver with my own vehicle, so distance is never an issue. I am reliable, polite, patient, punctual, and detail-oriented. I take pride in being well-organized, and my clients appreciate my company and the care I provide. "Everyone is great in her/his speciality, being able to satisfy what the client needs, want or expect will make one great, having a good relationship, having a professional bond with your client makes one great. Knowing that the client is smiling, happy, trust me, is free to communicate with me with whatever they want to makes one great.
