HP6 5QF 168018 Dear Readers I would like to introduce myself My name is Ewa. I'm 42 years old and I'm from Poland. I'm currently looking for a long-term live-in care job in the UK. I'm based in Kent but I'm willing to travel and work anywhere in the UK. I'm a carer with eight years experience in taking care of the Elderly in their own homes. I have experience with people suffering from stroke, vascular dementia, Alzheimer, heart failure, incontinence, depression, anxiety and diabetes. I'm also familiar with palliative care. I'm experienced with using hoists (manual and ceiling), stand aid, wheelchair (manual and electric), slings, catheter, commode, shower chair, nebuliser and oxygen machine. I'm also familiar with healthy cooking and all household chores. I like to keep places where I live tidy and cosy. I have two years experience in driving in the UK (automatic car) I would love to work as a live-in carer again as I do love this job. Caregiving comes naturally to me. It gives me great satisfaction to help people. I'm very emphatic. I can put myself in the place of who I'm caring for. I think it's very important because it lets me treat my clients with respect and help them to live with dignity in their own houses. Relationships with people are very important to me. That's why I have decided to become private caregiver. It lets me work for the same client for a long time which - I believe - is important to find out client's habits, daily routine, interests e.g. and let her/him to feel safe and comfortable. It also helps me to maintain strong relationship with the clients and their families which is very important to me. I'm motivated and keen to learn new things. People describe me as a very warm, easy going, positive and honest person with big sense of humour. I think of myself as of reliable and responsible person who can easily adapt to the environment and people around. I don't smoke and I don't like drinking alcohol. I'm a bookworm. I love spending my free time reading books. I also love nature in all it's aspects. I'm fond of animals and I wouldn't mind looking after pets. As a dedicated caregiver and deeply committed to treating my clients with dignity and respect I'm able to provide very good standards of care and make them feel safe, relaxed, comfortable and well cared for. It can be challenging at times but I truly enjoy working with elderly people. That's why I think I'm good candidate to take care of yours lovely ones. Very good references from British families available on request Kindly consider, please that my daily rate of pay depends on client's condition, whether night assistance is necessary or not, if I'm expected to provide care for one or for two people at the same time etc. I'm always happy to negotiate If you require any more information I would be happy to provide it. 2 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"3"}

In the first 4 years I visited my clients - mainly elderly people, some over 90, with Dementia or other serious illnesses, physical or mental disabilities - in their own homes every day, so I exactly knew their life, their daily activities, their special needs and requirements in clothing, feeding, moving, personal care, how to communicate face to face with them - and how to follow policies and procedures. Then I have worked as a Live-in Carer for 5 years - providing the same kind and level of care for a similar clientele as before, only dedicated to one particular person in their home. At present days I work a few hours a day to find a good balance between working with elderly people and spending my time with my family and my hobbies. This balance helps me to be that patient, kind and cheerful person who likes her caring work, her „clients”, and is glad of making their life easier and happier. 0 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"1","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"1"}

I have 2 years experience of working in the care industry. I work hard to get to know my clients, so I can help them enjoy their interests and hobbies. I am a very patient person. I enjoy my job and like talking to my clients as I perform my duties. For the past 2 years I have been caring for an elderly couple who are 95 years of age. They both have dementia and suffer from anxiety and depression. The lady also has Parkinson’s disease. Both need assistance with personal care, toileting, administering medication, cooking healthy meals, shopping, doing daily physio exercises and chores around the house. I take them out for short walks. They also enjoy going for a drive in my car. Before becoming a carer, I worked in a primary school as a Teaching Assistant for 15 years. I enjoyed working work children. I enjoy reading books. I help my mum with her gardening as she’s quite old and needs help and it gives me a chance to spend time with her and keep her company. I also enjoy going for walks and encourage my mum to come with me too. Please get in touch if you think that I might be able to help you.
