I love to motivate and spend time with people, for example to go out for walks with them and to complete exercises that may have been recommended to them by professionals such as physio or occupational therapists. I respect people's privacy and independence, so I encourage a person to maintain as much independence as possible, but when the time comes for extra help I'm happy to provide that.

Having gone through rigorous training and also having worked in care homes for over 6 years looking after children, young adults and the elderly, I see myself being confident and able to handle lone work as a self-employed individual. I am a compassionate and enthusiastic carer with a knack for taking care of the vulnerable ones in the comfort of their residences and also in the care homes. This aspect of my work ethics is very natural with me, having worked hand in hand with my mother who retired as a nurse.
