Hello, I have been a live in carer for 14 years, I started with younger adults with spinal cord injuries, I then gained experience working with clients old and young with cerebral palsy, parkinsons disease, anxiety and dementia, alzhiemers and motor neurone disease. I enjoy my work as a carer/PA, I can assist with daily living including meal preparation, house keeping tasks (laundry, paperwork, tidying), personal care (washing/dressing) assisting with medications and reordering when required and other things including pet care and activities. I am experienced in using ceiling track hoist and atlas tuner mobility aids. I enjoy my work as a carer/PA knowing I have helped someone get through the day. I have a good sense of humour and have had many previous clients say they have enjoyed my company, my glass is half full and I am positive and productive.
