My name is Ciprian and I have spent the last 12 years working as a carer and healthcare assistant here in the UK, so I managed to gather a lot of experience with quite a wide range of health conditions, with patients of all ages. I have been part of the NHS for about four months in 2016, after which I decided to focus on the private care sector, specifically on the live-in aspect of it. I am a very enthusiastic and motivated type of person, and my work experience goes beyond the health care system here in the UK, being previously a teacher and language trainer back home in Romania prior to coming to the UK in 2010. I am sure that I can find a way to help you and your personal needs one way or another, and I want to thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon. Best wishes,, Ciprian
I have been a carer for 24 years. I first started in care in a nursing home worked there for 4 years, gained alot of knowlege, stoma care, catheter care, pallative care, dementia care. I then went to work for Derbyshire county council for 19 years working in the community. This was mainly full personal care, medication administration, domestic duties. Hoisting clients. I then went onto working for a private care agency but this wasnt for me. I love my job as a care worker love meeting new people, and very laid back, but also like a laugh and a joke to. Love pets to.
With over 13 yrs experience in the domiciliary care sector I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over a range of health conditions. I approach every care role in a person-centred way and believe I can make a difference to someone's day and that gives me great pleasure and is the reason why I love being a carer. I am experienced in following and adhering to individual care plans and administering medication. I also enjoy supporting and assisting individuals to make simple home made meals, light housework including laundry and ironing and social outings. I think people would describe me as being a warm, honest, caring, reliable person with a good heart and a good sense of humour. I am dedicated to helping others, positively impacting their lives, and promoting their independence. My rates are negotiable depending on the clients condition they may increase or decrease. I am available to work 1 in 2 weekends per month.
I am very calm in nature with almost three years of experience within care where I have worked in care homes and now work in domiciliary care in the community. Most of my colleagues have expressed my valued support whilst working with them and an asset to the team. I do feel it is my calling to work within care and care for others. To know that I have made a difference to their day even by the smallest of things is such a blessing. I feel by creating a good strong relationship with the client and their needs gives them security and helps them to feel safe, especially in their own homes. They need to be listened to which is something I am good at. I am empathetic and compassionate and care so much about the people I look after. I am approachable and relaxed. I don’t stress about anything and like to make people feel at ease when they are in my company. I am experienced and know my job and what to do. I learn very quickly with client’s and their needs. I will go above and beyond to make them feel cared about and important. I have had experience of working with clients that have had catheter, PEG, stoma and required moving and handling, I am currently in the process of updating my training so will be able to offer these services very soon.
