I have managed to overcome the adversity of studying at a higher education level, regardless of being dyslexic and managed to successfully complete my HNC in Social Care course in 2011. I do not succumb to pressure regardless of my dyslexia. It is the hard work and determination that pulled me through. I’m aware of the emotional and cognitive demands of this job. I will manage these demands by workload prioritising, and maintaining a balance of personal life and work. I have no doubt that this is the job I want to do and i have the required qualification and experience. I feel that i know, understand and love my job well ,
