I am able to provide companionship, cooking, support or remind clients with medication, arrange and accompany my client to G.P/Hospital appointments and social groups as the needs of my client requires. I have been doing laundry, ironing, shopping where necessary. I am well aware of nutritional and dietary requirements of my clients. My care is always personalised where choice and control over client’s care is delivered, focusing especially on what matters to him/her and his/her unique strengths and needs. In this way, I am able to preserve client’s dignity, privacy and confidentiality.
