I am originally from South Africa. I have varying experience and have had varying experiences. I provided community nursing support in South Africa to phyciatric nurses and midwives in the community. This would be first aid out in the field, counseling to victims of domestic abuse, providing resource information as well as supporting aids patients, with daily care, this palliative care would be daily washing, eating, companionship. Ever case is individual and personalised according to each person's needs. I also follow care plans as required. I have worked for 20 + years delivering personal care, support and companionship, I have worked in hospitals , personal homes, care homes and supporting people in the community. I am happy to provide hoisting and handling as a second carer , or to be discussed should moving and handling not involve hoisting, please let me know your needs and I am happy to help if possible.
