What motivates me most in this field is seeing the positive impact that compassionate care can have on someone’s well being. Whether it's putting a smile on client's face, helping them regain confidence, or simply being a reliable presence in their life, I find immense fulfilment in knowing I have contributed to their happiness and comfort.
