OX14 1ZA 304960 I’m a very easy going person, I work with my heart, I love to be caring for others and I’m a hard working person. I have started as carer in the NHS in 2016, I did my care certificate from Oxford University Hospital NHS foundation trust. I was visiting patients after they were discharged from hospital for few weeks until they got independent, so I was dealing with all kind of health problems, from a broken arm, stoma bag, catheters, strokes, dementia, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, cancer and end of life, etc. I have worked in John Radcliffe Hospital in trauma, ICU, oncology ward, and others, as the end of live Sobell House. I think young people forget one day they going to be old, so I deliver care how I want to be treated when I am old. Treat the elderly with respect, dignity and kindness . Doing this is what makes me happy and I love my job as care professional. I have done live in for 4 years and I prefer to do long periods of live in care. I’m a driver, I love to drive and I have my own car with business car insurance. I want to work around Oxfordshire, I am a professional carer so I’m not cleaner I can do light duties but not do cleaning, When I’m with client I like to build a nice environment so we can work together, chat go out for walks, watch TV, I’m a musical person, I like to walk go out for coffee, dinner and shopping - but I like to be in the sofa too. My big hobby is going home (Portugal)to be with my son and my dog and my family, that’s when I ask for my time off. Christmas is very important for me so I always go home and one month in summer apart from that I like to work in the same place, not being changed every 3 weeks . I would like to have 2 hours break a day and 1 weekend off once a month. I like to simplify things with elderly people some times they’re not in the mood to have shower, I can give them a wash and try the shower tomorrow. We need to realize that is not about us (carers) is about that person we look after, sometimes they just need to talk or having hug, just be there so they don’t feel lonely. So a day with me is go with the flow, I don’t like stress and at the end of the day I know I deliver my 200% and made the difference in that persons life. That’s what I do make the difference in elderly people life. If you would like to discuss your care needs in more detail I am happy to arrange a Curam video call. So why not give me a chance to do what I love, to work as your care professional.

OX11 9FP 291410 I have worked in healthcare for 16 years, 10 of them as a registered nurse. As a registered nurse I have experience caring for clients with complex needs, such as tracheostomy, PEG, catheters, invasive and noninvasive ventilation. That’s said I am happy to support with less complex needs and offer support as a healthcare assistant. My rate is negotiable pending on the needs of the client. I’m compassionate, understanding and reliable. I chose healthcare as a profession because I feel that everyone should have the opportunity to have their health needs met well whilst living their life to the fullest. Therefore, aside from personal care, moving and handling medication I am more that happy to facilitate cooking, light household duties, social activities (for example shopping). I currently drive, so I can facilitate outings using the clients car or public transport. I enjoy learning news skills and meeting new people and have a friendly and flexible approach to care.

OX4 4TZ 220016 I have worked in the care sector for many years professionally and voluntarily within different capacities. My main experience is working with the elderly, those seeking help to manage dementia, autism and other learning disabilities. I pride my self in provision of outstanding care and support on a 1-1 basis in the client’s home. I believe in supporting individuals in a person centred way, assisting with companionship, medication management, meal preparation, personal care, and much more upon agreement on care and support requirements. I am looking for clients that are more mobile and do not require hoisting. I am also available for sleepovers and wake nights which I can do between Monday to Sunday.

SN6 7ER 20605 I have been in the health field for about 15 years now. I did a 2 years course with a certificate in social and health care assistant in Italy. Since 2005, I have been working in different health fields. For the last four months till date, I have been working as a PA with spinal cord injury clients. I now work with learning disabilities people and I'm also a nursing student. I have always loved my job because it gives me satisfaction being helpful to people and trying to put a smile on their faces. Well clients always say I'm very patient, compassionate, empathetic and always having a smile on my face. In my spare time, I like doing sports especially jogging, reading novels, cooking new recipes, going out with friends and going out for shopping.
