When I finished my first year I was promoted to be a Senior! I believe that my manager and colleagues saw that I have the skills and deserved that promotion for being so dedicated to my dear residents. I don' smoke and I embrace the Vegan Philosophy that avoid anything that comes from an animal, since I also love animals and respect them as sentient beings.
