In addition to my registered nurse qualifications, I have certificates in Neurogenic Bowel management, Catheterisation, Sepsis awareness and Mandatory &Statutory Training Course which covers (moving and handling, Safeguarding of adults, infection prevention and control, health safety and welfare). Additionally, I am able to provide compassionate and emotional support to clients in non judgmental and non intrusive manner. I believe in person centred care and promote independence to those under my care. I respect people’s boundaries and preferences. I am keen to know their life stories and channel care guided by those. So memory boxes act as an essential tool in people with dementia. I love to make people feel at ease as I am approachable, flexible and reliable. I approach work with the highest level of sensitivity and understanding. I always desire to help people in achieving the best possible outcome regarding their activities of daily living. When I am relaxing, far from work, I like reading, watching documentaries and films on Netflix, listening to music and travelling.
