I became a Carer because: My mom was a nurse and she always encouraged me to go into the care sector as i had a naturally compassionate personality which suited it. I enjoy building a bond with my customers and being there for them when they need me. I supported my grandfather who was diagnosed with Parkinson and Dementia.
