PE30 2QG 234224 I am a compassionate, dedicated, and highly experienced care professional with a strong passion for improving the lives of others. My journey into care began from a personal desire to make a difference after witnessing the impact that quality support can have on individuals and their families. This inspired me to pursue a career where I could provide the same level of care, dignity, and compassion to others in need. With two years of experience in residential care homes, community support, and private care, I have developed a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of individuals. I have gained expertise in supporting people with a wide range of needs, including dementia, physical disabilities, mental health conditions, and end-of-life care. I am adept at creating and implementing care plans, assisting with daily living tasks, and responding to emergencies with a calm and professional demeanour. Beyond my technical skills, I bring exceptional interpersonal abilities to my role, ensuring that clients and their families feel heard, supported, and valued. I take pride in promoting independence and enhancing quality of life, whether through practical assistance or emotional support. My proactive attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances allow me to excel in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. To remain up-to-date with best practices, I have pursued ongoing training, including CSTF mandatory training. I thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and the best outcomes for those I support. I am driven by a genuine desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, and I am confident that my skills, experience, and personal motivation make me an exceptional care professional.

PE36 6LH 271558 I’m friendly, compassionate, and sensible carer with four years’ caring experience behind me. I have a great sense of humour, but I take my job very seriously. The most important aspect of it, is to keep my clients safe and sound in their own homes. We don’t need infections and bugs. The easiest way to get those, is to go to hospital. So, minimising the risk of falls and infections is paramount. I have experience with dementia, spinal injury, catheter use, and for the past nine months, I have been closely involved with Parkinson's. For this condition, I understand the use of the specialised, time sensitive medication, moving and handling with hoists, swallowing challenges, and the use of exercises to improve mobility issues. However, if I was called upon to look after a client with a condition that I’m not familiar with, I am willing to learn new skills. I’m adept at dealing with surgeries, district nurses, physios, and occupational therapists, and I'm familiar with many types of equipment that can make a client’s life easier. I also believe in getting out of the house where possible, to events or socialising, or even if it’s just a walk with the client around the garden, or up and down the road. My cooking skills are really good, and I can produce not only traditional British meals, but even more exotic stuff. I believe in using fresh produce, and I don’t take the lazy way out by using frozen ready meals. I’m happy to travel throughout the UK, however, if distances are considerable, I would look to recover travel expenses. Should there be excessive night calls, there would be a surcharge. I am happy to work periods of 1 to 4 weeks at a time, but suggest a settling in initial period of a week or two, to get to know each other. I have established great relationships and friendships with my clients, and I believe that I have added an injection of happiness and positiveness into their lives. This in turn has touched me, bringing a lot of self-satisfaction into my own life. Should you be interested in my services, please contact me, and I will get back to you promptly.

PE13 4TQ 36459 I am passionate woman who likes to see positive outcomes in the lives of people whom l work with. I find joy in seeing that my work has made life easier for my clients within my social work role. I am currently supporting families to safeguard vulnerable children, however l am quite passionate about adult safeguarding and would like to specialise in adult social work in the future hence this experience will enable me to gain insight into the issues that affect our elderly community and will enhance my understanding and skills when interacting with them. One of my favourite quotes from Robin Sharma (and words to live by) are " let the beauty you love be what you do". This has motivated me to always remember that when l put passion in my work, it also shows through the positive results. I also believe that passion, accuracy, respect and inclusion together with resilience has the ability to safeguard the clients l work with. I am looking for clients that are more mobile and do not require hoisting.

IP27 9BY 84093 I am currently a support worker. I am extremely passionate about caring. Love looking after each and every need of the people I care for. I also love cleaning, washing up, laundry and my ironing skills are well developed. Assisting with shopping and other household responsibilities can easily be taken care of. I learned many of these household responsibilities while doing my national army service in South Africa. I have a wife and we have a beautiful daughter (Adele) who is now 6 years old. I will be able to provide references from those I have cared for. Currently I am looking after a young adult with autism. I lead a team of carers looking after this young gentleman.
