I have 30 years experience in care both in the community and residential setting. My qualifications include NVQ 2, 3 and 5 in health and social care. I have been a registered manager of a nursing home for over 2 years so know how high standards of care need to be. I have also had training in overnight care with Marie Curie. I have experience in bed nursing needs, palliative care, end of life and dementia. I am competent with catheter and stoma care, also medication administration and wound dressings. I am available to assist during the evening, sleeping or waking nights. I am competent in the use of hoists, steadys and slide sheets plus other equipment. I am a car owner with a clean license so can travel to clients in most areas. I am available Monday through to Sunday including weekends. In my spare time I enjoy reading, trying to complete crosswords and walking with my dog Cilla. false
