I have been a carer for the last 15 years working in nursing and residential homes, dementia units and mental health units and live-in care as well. I describe myself as caring, reliable, respectiful, understanding, non judgemental, professional and a good listener. I treat people with respect and dignity they deserve and it gives me great pleasure to know that I make a difference in someone's life and help them live a good and independent life.
