BS37 4EF 110928 Hi I'm Michele, I am a wife and have 2 grown up children. I have been a carer for 20 years and during this time I have gained a wide variety of skills. My first caring job was in the community working as a home carer. I loved my role as I felt I made a difference to people's lives daily. My next role was in supported living again the same rewarding role just less driving. During this position my compassion and care I shown to the residents was noticed by a daughter who regularly visited her mum. She was a manager of a day centre for people with disabilities and approached me to join as a support worker. During my ten years there I gained more skills and knowledge. I have worked with people with the following: Dementia, MS, AS, cerebral palsy, brain injuries, motor neurone disease, learning difficulties, autism, blind, deafness, loss of limbs and many more. I loved my job especially taking the members on holidays and day trips. Once again I was approached by a family member to help their son live independently in his new flat and this is my current role. He is a wheelchair user with cerebral palsy. This role involves me using moving equipment. I work along side 3 other carer's to help him live independently. I have a caring nature and a passion to help people so if you think I can help you then please get in touch. {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":false,"field_care_type_first":"","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":false,"field_care_type_second":"","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":false,"field_care_type_third":"","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":false,"field_care_type_fourth":"","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":false,"field_care_type_fifth":"","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}

SN14 0DD 254614 Hello, My name is Reda and I’m excited to tell you more about myself. I'm a reliable, gentle, intelligent and committed individual who loves taking care of others. I got a master's degree in social work, but I never imagined that working with elderly and disabled people would fill my life with so much meaning. I’m a hard worker and I’m always willing to go the extra mile in order to help others. I’m choosing to work as a self-employed carer as I find this way, having all responsibility myself, I am able make my clients' lives more comfortable than when working for an agency. I value dignity, respect and privacy, and I also aim to form trusting bonds with my clients. 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":false,"field_care_type_fourth":"","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"1, 4, 5","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"1","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":false,"field_care_type_seven":""}

You know, I believe that caring for others and building connections is not just a job for me; it's my passion and purpose in life. One thing that sets me apart is my ability to establish trust and create real bonds with the people I work with. Whether it's a child, a senior citizen, or anyone in between, I treat each person with the same level of respect and love, as if they were part of my own family. I genuinely enjoy the work I do, and I always put in that extra effort to make a positive impact in people's lives. For me, it's not about clocking in and out; it's about making a meaningful difference and helping others through both the ups and downs. I've been told that my caring nature and empathetic approach make a real difference in the lives of those I support. It warms my heart knowing that I can be there for someone, providing a listening ear and a helping hand when they need it the most. It's incredible to see the positive changes that can happen when you treat people with kindness and understanding. I believe in creating an environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated, no matter their background or circumstances. If you're looking for someone who's not just hardworking but genuinely cares about making a difference, I'm your person! 1 1 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":"1","field_care_type_first":"1","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":"1","field_care_type_second":"1","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":"1","field_care_type_third":"1","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":"1","field_care_type_fourth":"1","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":"1","field_care_type_fifth":"1","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":"0","field_care_type_sixth":null,"field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":"0","field_care_type_seven":null}
