E16 1QW 39481 Hi, my name is Diandra. I am Portuguese and have been in the UK for almost 5 years. I started my journey in care in France and fell in love with the job. I’m currently applying for a Nursing degree that I hope to start in September. I believe that I am very responsible, caring and compassionate. I value respect and communication. I’ve been trained in most aspects of care except complex care. I’m interested in music, cinema, love reading fantasy books or watch documentaries about different subjects. I’ve been described by clients as bubbly and easy to talk too. I’m able to provide references from previous clients. It’s my goal to continue to develop my skills and to make my clients life as comfortable and happy as possible. 1 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":"1","field_care_type_first":"1, 3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":"1","field_care_type_second":"1, 3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":"1","field_care_type_third":"1, 3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":"1","field_care_type_fourth":"1, 3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":"1","field_care_type_fifth":"1, 3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":"1","field_care_type_sixth":"1, 3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":"1","field_care_type_seven":"1, 3"}

Training to be a psychotherapist with BACP accreditation. TRAINING: Manual and handling, Safe Holds technique on Dementia patients, Using Enema on spinal injury clients, Health and safety at work and CPR on adults/children (certificates not received due to the training being in-house within different working environments) I have a wealth of experience in the care sector including caring for spinal injury clients, dementia especially Alzheimer's and also caring for Children under 14 with mental and some physical disabilities. I currently assist a child with cerebral palsy that requires peg feeding- so I have some training and experience ongoing with this too. I respect and believe that every client is different and will require different type of care- which is why I can provide a very specific and tailored care, routine according to the client. I will do whatever the client wishes with the best of my ability. I am able to perform tasks very quickly and efficiently and I can multitask. I can understand that some clients may feel isolated, lonely and upset at times and in those times I can be a good friend that will listen and make you smile. Equally, I also understand that some clients will wish me to simply do the job or need a significant private time- and in those times I will respect that and complete the duties they wish. In a few words, I best describe myself as adjusting in the room according to the situation. E16 1UA 238296 I am a Nurse with 17 years experience, currently not able to practise as it has been 3 years since my training has been accessed therefore I have been working as a Carer for the past 3 years due to an injury I sustained on my lower back and can no longer withstand the 13hr shifts as a Nurse. Due to the vast experience I have working as a nurse I am able to give good quality care to my client's in all aspects of my work. I am a good communicator, able to implement and prioritise my work, collaborate with other multi-disciplines which enables me to achieve quality and excellent results for my client's. I also have extensive knowledge and experience in working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and social classes. My background is general nursing, e.g respiratory, surgical,palliative care, catheter care, incontinence etc. I love water aerobics, reading, and I love cooking, very happy person and love to make people happy. I take great interest in the well being of my clients and what makes them happy. Also my wide experience as a nurse has given me much confidence, attention to detail which I believe I possess and use to my advantage to deliver excellent and quality care to my client's. When on assignment I prefer to take my own food to work and I can also prepare basic meals for my client. I’m also able to engage with other multi-disciplines e.g physio, GP etc to plan/take my clients to various appointments /other leisure activities using the patient’s car as long as it’s insured for me to drive as my car’s insurance is personal and not Business or other means provided or go for walks if the client is mobile and not at risk of falling. I also prefer to have my 2 hours break every shift. Bank holiday is double time/pay. Generally I like to keep my clients entertained by engaging them in doing things that they like and enjoy to do like knitting, board games, gardening, letting them choose and participate in planning their meals if they are able to and generally whatever makes them occupied and happy. 1 2 {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"3","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"3","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"3","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":true,"field_care_type_fourth":"3","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":true,"field_care_type_fifth":"3","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":true,"field_care_type_sixth":"3","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"3"}

Their clients were mostly the elderly people, who needed help in their own homes. After a couple years, as, I really loved my job and people whom I care, my next step was to find a job in a particular field. 2015 I started work with a care agency, which brought a care for children and adults. Here, I worked, as a Male Support Worker. Also, I attended a lot of trainings. As, I worked for a couple agencies, my job was to assist to vulnerable clients in their homes. Stay in their homes and help people with personal care, to do shopping, to drive them to the medical appointments, or to their relatives. Help them in their everyday needs to feel more confident comfortable and as much independent, as they can. Also, I worked in London and other UK hospitals, Rehabilitation Centres and lodges. I hold Health and Social Care Levels 2&3. My hobbies: Reading, music, traveling, Church. Mostly, I like spent my time with my family, to listen to good music, watch positive programs and surf the net. {"field_week_day_first":1,"field_is_available_first":true,"field_care_type_first":"1, 5","field_week_day_second":2,"field_is_available_second":true,"field_care_type_second":"1","field_week_day_third":3,"field_is_available_third":true,"field_care_type_third":"5","field_week_day_fourth":4,"field_is_available_fourth":false,"field_care_type_fourth":"","field_week_day_fifth":5,"field_is_available_fifth":false,"field_care_type_fifth":"","field_week_day_sixth":6,"field_is_available_six":false,"field_care_type_sixth":"","field_week_day_seven":7,"field_is_available_seven":true,"field_care_type_seven":"5"}
