SE5 7DU 272321 I am a competent and experienced carer as well as sociable person to spend a day with. However my client needs is my major priority. I start by reading Care Plan in place, consideration based on client’s like and dislike depending on the actual day and health conditions of the client. Then we plan what the client wants us to do together for the day, if it ok with the client considering their ability and moods. We then go through it once more time together. Then if it good to go we start. For example if it to prepare lunch then i would 1st of all ask client what would want for lunch by offering available options. If client is able to help in the kitchen then we cook together or able to lay the table that is even so great. I work with Care Plan in place as the major tool in place as much as clients involvement and empowerment is vital. I am client-centred focused and good listener.
