In September 2018 I did a course in Spanish called ‘Music for Awaking’ which is a kind music activity that works with autobiographical and personalised playlists for people living with late stages of dementia. I am qualified in providing music activity as a form of therapy. Music is a very powerful tool to help people with dementia/Alzheimer's and I love watching loved ones able to reconnect or have some identity back when they listen to the music of their past.
