In addition to my dementia care experience, I have worked closely with a stroke survivor, performing moving and handling tasks, including hoisting six to ten times a day and managing daily bed transfers and changes. I am skilled in ensuring comfort and safety in all aspects of personal care. I hold a full GB driving licence, own a car, and am available to drive you wherever needed. My experience includes working with convenes—emptying, changing, and washing bags. Washing, bathing, and dressing are second nature to me. I am especially mindful of weak or sore limbs and take great care when dressing. I can provide respite care for spouses in the home, ensuring their loved ones are well cared for while they take a break. In the kitchen, I excel at cooking classic British meals, including roast dinners with all the trimmings, hearty stews, pies, and the ever-popular full English breakfast. I also enjoy gardening. I can plant bulbs before winter, handle spring planting, and maintain your garden with regular watering and feeding. Coming from a farming background, I have been involved in agribusiness for most of my life. I'm passionate about cricket and rugby and would be delighted to accompany you to Lords or Twickenham. I have a strong appreciation for art and theatre, with my daughter being a ballet dancer. I can engage in thoughtful discussions on world politics, always respectful of differing views. Additionally, I have strong administrative skills, proficient in all Office Software, and can assist with bookkeeping if needed. As a companion, I am engaging, attentive, and enjoy spending time with English gentlemen. On a personal note, I am married with four children.

Hi I’m Barry, I have a very outgoing personality. Very experienced carer and dedicated to giving the Best care possible. I started out as a carer and worked my way all the way to becoming registered manager of a home in Horsham. I have KFS so have dealt with issues all my life, have worked with people of all needs, children and adults with mental health needs. My last job was as a registered manager of a care home in Sussex, my home went from 47% success up to 86%, care staff were recruited and retained. I have also worked within Domiciliary care as field care supervisor managing teams of care workers. I have worked in residential homes .Having worked as a private PA managing a team of 6 staff, looking after a client with complex needs arising from severe MS. I love cooking, ironing and cleaning too. I’ve had both coronavirus jabs and my booster jab too. Flu jabs and Covid all updated as I believe keeping my clients safe and reducing the risk from the viruses is vital to the care industry. I'm currently working with the elderly who have dementia, the need for palliative care and depression. I have worked in care settings from supported living, day centres and domiciliary care in the community. Food Hygiene, preparation and cooking nutritious and healthy meals. Care plan management and support service user to attain personal goals. Maintained accurate records of client’s care and progress. Providing overnight support and assistance to clients with diverse needs, individuals including the elderly with disabilities and those with mild to complex health conditions. Practical support, shopping, financial, daily routine such as taking clients for outings, attend social events, outdoor outings, leisure activities and arranged holidays in the UK or abroad
