I am looking for work within the area that is close to my home of EN1, where I have abundance of access to public transport. I feel as though I am suited to be a carer as I have many years of experience in the care field from domiciliary and working with a young adult with learning disabilities for almost two years. During my domiciliary work, I met many people from different walks of life. I was able to adapt to their beliefs and needs while providing care that was safe and comfortable for both the service users and myself. On the other hand, during my time working with my most service user with learning disabilities as well as physical disability. I understand how it can be challenging but yet rewarding. I understand the responsibilities of the role, assisting with personal care, housework/maintenance, shopping, keeping up to date with appointments, attending activities within the community as well as within the home if it isn’t possible to go out, book keeping/daily logs of service user’s welfare and well-being throughout the day, reporting to manager if any issues arise that I’m not capable of handling. I am able to contribute to in house activities that the service users can part take in. Yours Sincerely Camille
I have always had strong desire to help people, the reason I have been in care for the last 20 years. I am good at relating to people and making them feel comfortable in order to earn their trust which I feel I do well. I have worked with both adults and children in hospital, nursing homes, rehabilitation centres and private home settings. I have been a complex carer for about 8 years. I have experience working with Neuro disabilities, cancer patients, multiple sclerosis, Palliative care, Oxygen therapy (ventilation), brain injury, peg feeding, spinal cord injury, Dementia, bladder and bowel disfunction and learning disabilities. I am a very caring, reliable and social individual and find working in the care industry very rewarding.
I possess excellent communication skills, extremely hardworking, punctual and confident in myself. In terms of effective communication, I am able to communicate with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and disabilities. I have a proven leadership involving working with a team to achieve a set target. Negotiating, decision making and working independently or together with other people is one of my specialities. I have a dedication to establishing and maintaining high quality customer service and team standards. In terms of my persona I am extremely friendly, patient with a great sense of humour towards people. I love a challenge and want to increase my skills and develop as a person.
I am a caring and compassionate individual with a strong commitment to providing excellent care. I have recently completed my nursing degree and am waiting to join the nursing register. During my training, I gained hands-on experience working with patients, helping them with their daily needs, and offering support and comfort. I am dedicated, patient, and always strive to treat people with kindness and respect. I believe that good care goes beyond physical help—it’s about being there for someone and making them feel valued. I’m excited to bring my skills and passion to caring for others and making a positive difference in their lives.
