Worked in care home and I learnt to take care of elderly in the nursing and residential home. Then I joined agency and got the opportunity to work in various places where I learned new thing every day, learned to work with people that challenges, learning disabilities and also in mental hospital as a support worker. Working in the different sector has gained me experience to deal with various situation. Choosing carer as profession has made me become better person. I become empathy towards people, caring and patience.
