I promote good practice in care and the principles of dignity privacy, independence and confidentiality. I encourage equal opportunity, treating every one fairly and equally regardless of their, race, religion, sexuality, culture or their background. I embrace diversity. When caring for the people we support I adhere to work with policies and procedures and comply with relevant legislations Eg Manual Handling, Protecting Vulnerable Adults From Abuse, Mental Capacity Act Health and Safety At Work Act, Human Rights Act, Data Protection Act, Fire Awareness, First Aid and Food Hygiene.
