I also have a keen interest in healthy living, especially clean food as I know the effects a bad diet can have on your well-being and general health. I’m not always an angel with my food and will never turn down a pizza or a large portion of chips, those are my guilty pleasures. I’ve been in the care industry for 14 years now, primarily working with the elderly and catering to a range of different backgrounds. I believe I’ve made a positive impact in many of my client’s lives and I want to do the same with those who have experienced and are living with a spinal injury. It's a field that deeply interests me, and I'm excited about the journey ahead.
