I can assure you of a very good service, firstly because I have acquired years of experience in the care environment thus got thorough understanding of compliance in line with CQC regulations. Further to this I also demonstrate strong competency in administration, well written and reading English skills which are crucial to the role of a care. Lastly the most fundamental aspect of the role is meeting the various care needs of service users and always putting this as a priority. I am a very strong and confident communicator, who is proactive in their work and can be relied on at all times. I am also an individual who is easily adaptable and flexible, honest, hard working. For many years I have worked own my own using my own initiative.
