I have the skills to communicate effectively within the team both verbally and writing. I am able to support patients with their personal care, shopping, cooking and meeting their daily activities, by offering choices, promoting independence, meeting their cultural needs regardless of their disability, race, ethnic, gender and sexuality and maintaining patients privacy and dignity. I am an enthusiastic, hard working and confident person. I can work under pressure and I am open to positive criticism and I accept feedback from patients and colleagues. I am aware of holistic concepts of patient focused care and aware of different cultures.
