This is making sure I always support my residents or patients in the best way I can by assisting them in different ways. These can be through their day to day needs like; communicating, eating and drinking, mobility, assisting them with personal care, shopping and going out for day to day activities etc. Some of the skills that make me the right candidate for the job include: good time management, organised, good communication, ability to provide personal care, very helpful, enthusiastic, promoting independence for my service users, patients or clients, supportive and trustworthy.
