I was working in the community for about a year and I looked after different people with different needs and background. After a year I decided to work in the NHS as a nursing assistant. During the years I gained valuable experience in personal care, physical disabilities, mental health such as dementia and challenging behaviour, catheter care, continence and incontinence. I have also got experience in how to use equipment and correct manual handling. My aim is to look after my clients’ needs the best way as possible by providing person centred care.
