Being a part of my client's achieving their personal best, living life to the fullest and being happy is a source for job satisfaction Having work experience from different fields such as customer service and data entry as well as hospitals I will be bringing skills such as computer skill, report writing, attention to details, teamwork and planning skill as well as clinical skills to the table. Skills gained while working as a clinical support worker in Gosport hospital and Ravenswood hospital via an agency are as follows * promoting positive mental/physical/nutritional health of the patients/residents. *Taking client out in the community. *Assisting client to bed and out of bed using hoist, assisting in personal care as required by client, * Medication administration, filling out MARs sheet afterwards and Observing, monitoring and recording patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight. * promote independence, life skills and informed choices in accordance with the individual care plan and to enhance inclusion in the community. Skills gained while working with my next agency through QA hospital included Delivering out-of-hospital clinical and personal care for the patient in the comfort of their home. • Improving the patient (customer) experience and working with them to improve their recovery • Collecting medicines and medical equipment from QA hospital and delivering to patient home and vice versa • Providing personal care that is tailored patients need. • Showing empathy by providing a listening ear
