I am a self-motivated team player whose goal is to work with and assist the team successfully to reach and complete goals, coupled with the desire to display a flexible and professional approach to work. I look for new ways to improve myself personally, adopting good habits that internally reflect positively in my work delivery. In addition, I am currently studying Adult Care Level 2 and I have a mandatory courses in health and social care and I'm learning British sign language to expand my communication with those who are deaf and those who have learning/communication difficulties, especially children. I ensure I follow and respect company guidelines inside and outside the work environment. I have learned by experience how to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. I possess many transferable skills and abilities which I believe will enable me to be adaptable to different roles, people and working environments. 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off for live-in.
