I possess excellent communication skills and an ability to maintain a positive and professional tone at all times with experience of working with young and adult clients under demanding conditions, with a variety of skills to calm situations. In addition, I possess excellent organisation skills and methodical approach to deal with varies needs of the individuals, initiative and easy to fit in working unsupervised quite well. I am good with problem-solving and able to maintain confidentiality and handle situations with sensitivity, tact and quick decision-making. I have worked with patients with Colostomy, catheters, cancer, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Pacemaker, stroke, High & Low blood pressure and able to monitor their vital signs. I have cared for clients who are physically and emotionally impaired. During my service as a live in care, I am able to support client with as personal care with include; showering/bathing, dressing, nail & hair care, Denture/oral hygiene care, skin care and shaving. I am able to provide companionship, cooking, support or remind clients with medication, arrange and accompany my client to G.P/Hospital appointments and social groups as the needs of my client requires. I have been doing laundry, ironing, shopping where necessary. I am well aware of nutritional and dietary requirements of my clients. My care is always personalised where choice and control over client’s care is delivered, focusing especially on what matters to him/her and his/her unique strengths and needs. In this way, I am able to preserve client’s dignity, privacy and confidentiality. I am humble, compassionate, patient, reliable, flexible and able to adapt easily and suit the needs of the client and his/her family. My hobbies include watching TV, Listening to music, Puzzles, Gardening, keep fit and cooking, I do not drive but can travel to any part of Uk with ease using public transport.

A group Insurance Policy in place for Ecare Group, which also covers the Legal Liability of carers.
Up to 1,000,000 covering claims against you if you have accidentally caused Bodily Injury or Damage to Property.
Up to 1,000,000 covering claims made against you for Professional Negligence in your role as a carer.
Where necessary the Insurer will appoint legal counsel to defend claims made against you under either of the above Liability sections.
